How is Window Film Installed?

At Nuvue Window Tint and Graphics, we take pride in our expertise and customer service. During your first consultation, we’ll inspect your windows and make recommendations based on your goals. It’s our mission to match you with a window tint that you’ll love for a lifetime. Additionally, this consultation will allow us to take measurements for all of the windows you’ll have tinted. These measurements will allow us to pre-cut our film for the day of installation. Then you can sit back and relax as we prepare your windows and install the tint–all in one day!
Useful Aftercare Information

Your beautiful windows just had an amazing tinted film applied–what now? There are a few things you should keep in mind when it comes to your newly tinted windows.

Trapped moisture will dry out completely. Total drying time can vary from a few days to 6 months depending on the weather.

Small water bubbles and/or a cloudy view might be visible. These will go away in time and should not be tampered with.

Do not clean the window film for 30 days after it is installed. The fluid needs to dry which will secure the special mounting adhesive.

The best cleaning method is 12 ounces of liquid detergent mixed with roughly 1 quart of pure demineralized water

Always clean with soft materials like a cloth or a sponge to avoid scratching the film.
